Refund Policy

Refunds are provided as follows:

 

Cancellation by the Camp (Minimum Enrollment Not Met)
Elite Israel Leadership Academy reserves the right to cancel any camp session or program that does not meet the minimum required enrollment to run safely and effectively. If a session is cancelled by Elite Israel Leadership Academy for this reason, registered families will be notified at least 10 days prior to the start date. In this scenario, you will receive a 100% full refund of all tuition and deposit fees paid.

Cancellation by the Family (Conditional Refund Policy)
All camper registrations are considered final. If you choose to withdraw your child from a session, a refund will only be issued if Elite Israel Leadership Academy is able to fill your child's spot from our active waitlist or via a new registration before the session begins.

  • If the spot is filled: You will receive a refund of the tuition paid, minus a non-refundable $300 administrative fee.

  • If the spot cannot be filled:No refund, credit, or transfer will be issued, as camp operational costs, staffing, and supplies are already locked in based on enrollment.
