ABOUT

 The Elite Israel Leadership Academy is an immersive two-week program designed to develop leadership, resilience, teamwork, personal responsibility, and a deep connection to Israel and the Jewish people. 

Participants will experience a unique combination of leadership development, physical challenges, self-defense, drone technology, team-based field exercises, Jewish values, and Israeli heritage. 

Dates and Rates

Sunday, August 9

through

Thursday, August 20, 2026 

 - $5000 including equipment, room and board, course materials, all kosher meals, full access to elite IDF commanders, certificate of course completion at the end of program.

 - $150 administrative fee

 - Early bird discount of $200 for signing up before July 5 

WEEK 1 - BUILDING A LEADER

 The first week focuses on developing the individual and providing the foundations required for effective leadership.

The second week focuses on applying the skills learned through dynamic team-based challenges and field exercises. 

Airsoft Leadership Simulations 

Participants will engage in structured airsoft-based scenarios designed to develop:

  • Situational awareness 

  • Mission planning 

  • Responsibility and accountability 

 

Team-Based Field Challenges

Defensive Thinking & Security Awareness
